The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a sauna, a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

In the house: sauna, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Shop 20 km, grocery 800 m, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, thermal baths "Bad Kleinkirchheim Römerbad" 19 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, walking paths from the house 5 m, skisport facilities 2.5 km, slopes 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 2.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Turracher Höhe, Bad Kleinkirchheim - St.Oswald, Falkert. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended. The house is in a forest area. There is another holiday home right next to it. Asphalt driveway to the house!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
