General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions, a heather and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, an atmospheric fireplace, a barbecue and a garden and there are two balconies. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a shower, three washbasins, two toilets and a bath with shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot (incl. beddengoed) and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, een afzuigkap and two coffee makers.

The country house is located in the charming village of Diex, on the southern slope of the Saualpe. With more than 2,000 hours of sunshine a year, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the valleys in the region here. Hiking enthusiasts can look forward to hundreds of kilometres of marked hiking trails - from leisurely walks to panoramic mountain tours - through forests, flowering meadows and idyllic villages.

In winter, several ski resorts in the immediate vicinity such as Klippitztörl, Koralpe, Petzen and Weinebene invite you to unforgettable days in the snow, all of which can be reached in about 45 minutes by car and offer beautiful small-scale slopes (from 15 - 28 km), ideal for families and beginners who want to enjoy winter in peace and quiet. Those who prefer the tranquillity of the countryside can visit the excellently maintained cross-country ski trails, which wind through forests and across open meadows, offering panoramic views every time.

Less than 30 minutes away is the lake Klopeinersee, Europe's warmest swimming lake with a picturesque lakeside promenade. The idyllic Turnersee lake is a few kilometres away and the lively lake Wörthersee with several stylish terraces and quaint tourist towns such as Velden, Pörtschach and Maria Wörth/Reifnitz can be reached in about 1 hour by car. In spring, summer and autumn, the region is also a paradise for cyclists and mountain bikers, with tours for all levels and the spectacular Bike Park Petzen, a paradise for mountain bikers!

In Diex and the nearby town of Völkermarkt, you will find various shops, restaurants and everything else you need for a relaxing and carefree holiday!
