The house was newly built in December 2017. From the outside, it looks original, but inside it is comfortable and modern.

The kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, etc.
There are three bedrooms for two people each. The beds are all very good quality box spring beds. Two bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a south-facing balcony. In 2022, we replaced the original ladder to the third bedroom in the attic with a proper staircase.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, a modern TV with Dutch, German, and Austrian channels in HD, a sound bar, and a fireplace. The storage room on the ground floor has a washer-dryer combination and is suitable for drying hiking boots and ski boots.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
