The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with fitness equipment, a barbecue, a terrace, a garden (fenced) and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

It includes an upstairs master suite loft with a skylight and two downstairs bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people total. Just one mile south of the Hillsborough river, known to be the next trending spot in Tampa. 9 minute drive to downtown Tampa. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Just minutes from Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium, Ybor City, museums, theme parks, beach’s, nature walks, ports and the airport. St Pete beach is under 30 minutes away! Davis Island dog beach is about 12 minutes away. You will have a unique and authentic one-of-a-kind experience. I leave plenty of cooking spray, spices and utensils for guests. Fully loaded kitchen you can actually cook in! Make memories with the family. Or enjoy a zen, meditative escape, overflowing with live plants. Private self check in. Free parking for 4 to 5 vehicles.

Back yard space has a fully screened in patio and sun deck with lounge chair for tanning or star gazing at night, a covered carport with outdoor sectional seating, pilates machine and outdoor gym workout equipment, and 200 square feet of turfed game space with cornhole and bow and arrow games for all ages. Family and dog friendly.

I am PUMPED to host my first house on the short-term rental market. I have always loved staging spaces, decorating and prepping for company. I am looking forward to having the opportunity to provide a fun, cozy, comfortable, place to stay for travelers to the Tampa area.

It is a quiet street with friendly families. The area is exploding with new construction houses. You will find a big blue church at the corner of my street and surrounding streets to be safe for walks to gaze at the gorgeous ancient oak trees covered in pothos and air plants. I frequent the nearby park with volleyball courts and a playground. Also, I love to take Koda (my Husky) on a walk just a mile north straight across 15th to find a few parks along the Hillsborough river. We find the running water peaceful and the houses down there are so unique and cool to look at. Maybe stop at the corner cafe on the way on Sligh for some coffee. They have an amazing backyard venue and walking distance from the house. Or take a walk down e. Hanna to check out a local art shop next to the Blind Tiger cafe. Harvest Bowl Eatery and Market has been my recent local fave with healthy, bowl style options, acai bowls and smoothies! Or hop in a 9 minute uber ride to downtown Tampa. Whatever floats your boat!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
