General

The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

This holiday flat is located on the first floor of a terraced house in an enclosed housing complex near the beach and the Gulf of Mexico in Naples. The house was built in 2005 and last renovated in 2011.

The Lanai (balcony) offers views over the natural reserve and a hidden lake (hence the name "Hidden Lake court). The west facing patio is furnished with comfortable armchairs. The electric barbecue lets you enjoy a juicy steak for dinner. The apartment has a garage (free of charge), from where you have direct access to the apartment. The property houses a spacious pool with a lifeguard and numerous sun loungers and chairs, showers and toilets; this area is only accessible to about 200 people. Next to the pool is the club house. From here you can access the tennis courts. The pool is about 400 meters from the apartment.

The apartment boasts a living/dining room with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a flat screen television and a large dining table and five chairs. The kitchen is furnished with a ceran stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and has a breakfast nook. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 180 cm double bed, the other bedroom has two 90cm single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen television. The first bathroom boasts a shower, a double sink and a hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet. The second bathroom boasts a bathtub, a toilet, a sink and a hair dryer. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a computer desk with a printer. Heating, air conditioning and fans are available in all rooms except the toilet and the basement.

It is just a few minutes’ drive to Naples and the Gulf of Mexico. You can find shops and restaurants nearby. It is about 3 km to the town centre of Naples. Numerous high end restaurants can be found on 5th Avenue. We recommend a trip to the Everglades.

A German and English speaking contact is available locally to help with any unanswered questions, which may arise. A fee, which covers an access card for the entry and the communal areas of the complex, is charged.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
