The holiday home for 7 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). La Dolce Vita is a beautiful 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Family-Home, Direct Intracoastal Waterway, situated on the exclusive Terra Mar Island, quiet and safe residential neighborhood, walking distance to the Private Beach Club which you can access with a key, and close to Lauderdale by the Sea.

Upon entering La Dolce Vita, you step inside an open floor plan featuring overlooking the outdoor pool lounge area and d Intracoastal waterway.

The main living area is comfortable and spacious, with two (2) full-size leather sofas, a comfortable reading chair, and a 55 Inch LED High Definition Television. The kitchen, with counter granite and custom wood cabinetry, is fully equipped. Formal dining can sit up to 8 people.

The Master Suite Bedroom features direct access to the outdoor pool and lounge area. It has two nightstands, a full-size dresser, a LED High Definition television, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedroom has queens beds and TV. The 3rd full bathroom is in the hallway.

La Dolce vita is equipped with WiFi throughout the home, cable television, and phone landline service.

The deck area is covered and has dining for Six (6) people, chaise lounge chairs, stainless propane BBQ. Heated Pool & Lounge Area, it is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
