Private Pool The extended pool deck 35ft x 40ft with large pool offers pleasant conservation woodland views to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the Florida sunshine. A free standing multi-jet Spa/Hot-tub is also available. The pool area is provided with 1 x table, 8 x chairs and 8 x sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool heat; Uniquely we have invested in two types of pool heat for our guests comfort. The first type, Solar Pool Heat is always on and free to all guests. The Second is Electric Heat Exchange and is available as an option extra upon request. (recommended from October to April). There is a small charge to cover the cost of electricity. A pool alarm and safety fence is also provided to ensure toddler safety by the poolside. BBQ is available on request, Private parking for 2 Cars.

Family Room The spacious family room is superbly and comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on our 42'' LCD HD TV with the choice of hundreds of free movies. A collection of novels are also provide for your enjoyment Kitchen The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, American fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, blender, Kettle, toaster, coffee maker, all crockery, glassware and cutlery. All that's needed is the food and drink !! Breakfast Nook The adjacent breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 4 with additional seating on bar stools for 2 at the breakfast bar. We have even provided an infant high chair for your little one Master Suite 1 - Ground Floor This wonderful contemporary styled bedroom located off the family room, is furnished with a super comfortable King sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room faces onto the pool deck, and has its own TV with DVD and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit. Off the ensuite is the large walk-in closet. Ground Floor Family Bathroom 2 This bathroom next to the laundry room, on the ground floor features a single vanity unit, shower cubicle and WC. Games Room The show stopper includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Darts, Basket ball, Foosball and a selection of board games. We have also provided a PlayStation 2 and XboX 360 complete with 'Rockstar' and a selection of games for your enjoyment. First Floor Bedroom 2 This bedroom features a beautiful canopied queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a ceiling fan, TV and alarm clock radio. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
