General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player. In addition there is a billiard, a swimming pool (heated, private), a terrace, an air conditioner and fitness equipment. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

LOCAL AREA
Tuscan Ridge is located on the US27, midway between the popular US192 and the I-4 highway. Disney theme parks are no more than 20 minutes drive away and Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive are all within a 30 minute drive. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all easily accessible form here.
The Tuscan Ridge development has communal tennis courts & a children's play area and local shops and restaurants (including a 24-hour supermarket) are just a three-minute drive away.

Sitting on the Tuscan Ridge community, this well-equipped four bedroom, single-story villa is an ideal choice for the whole family. With a large sunny private pool and hot tub, there is every reason to spend all day by the pool. It is close to Orlando's theme parks (13 miles from Disney) and many wonderful golf courses (incl. 5 mins from Greg Norman's course at Champions Gate).

LIVING SPACE Inside, to the right of the front door is the spacious family dining area with seating for six people. Adjacent to this is a lounge area with comfy sofas seating six people and patio doors out to the pool deck. Continuing through the villa is the kitchen in the middle of the villa which has a breakfast bar seating three people and an additional table with seating for four people. The kitchen overlooks the main family lounge, which has a sofa and loveseat, patio doors to the pool deck and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The pool is great for sunshine all day and has mood lighting for night-time ambiance. There is a stand alone hot tub and heat is provided complimentary. The spacious pool deck has a covered area which has two outdoor dining tables both seating four people is the perfect place for all the family to enjoy a night in dining alfresco style.

For a small charge the pool can be heated and we recommend you arrange this if you are staying between October and April. The separate hot-tub (steps up) is heated at no extra charge.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
