The holiday house boasts a heated pool and a spacious outdoor area with sun loungers, a patio, a table and chairs. Safety rails which can be placed between the house and the pool is made available to ensure the safety of the kids. Parking for two cars is available at the front entrance to the villa. You can access the club house, the pool, the spa and the gym in the resort.

The 200 m² villa accommodates up to ten people and boasts four bedrooms. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower tub, a toilet and a flat screen television. The first bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (193 cm) and a walk in closet, as well as a 32 inch flat screen television and a large dresser and nightstands. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size (152 cm), a wardrobe, a large dresser, night stands and a 32 inch television. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (99 cm), a wardrobe, a 24 inch flat screen television, a large dresser and nightstands. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (152 cm), a wardrobe, a 24 inch flat screen television and a large dresser. Relax in the large living room with the high end entertainment system. A brand new 50 inch Samsung UHD Smart TV, mounted on the wall, lets you enjoy 80 television channels, amazon prime and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi and free calls within the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico are also included in the rental price. The sofa bed (137 cm) in the living room can accommodate and additional two guests. There is a Bose mini link speaker and a PS4 for your enjoyment. A USB hard drive stores 200 movies, which you can enjoy. The game room will keep you entertained for hours with its pool table, foosball table, air hockey and darts board. The open plan kitchen unit is fully furnished with a stove, an oven/microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and cutlery and dishes. A washing machine, a dryer and an iron are at your disposal in the garage. You can enjoy your meals at the kitchen bar or on the long dining table. The house has a security system and is air conditioned. Towels and bedding are supplied; please bring your own pool towels.

It is a ten minute drive to two golf courses. It is only 15 minutes from Disney Land.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
