A flat-rate electricity fee of $15 is included in the accommodation price per night. The electricity is read at check-in and check-out. If the average daily consumption exceeds $15, the additional consumption will be charged at $0.18/kwh at check-out. Payment can be made in cash, by card, cheque or debit card.

In case of violation of the smoking ban (cigarettes, vapes, ...), additional costs of 200$ will be charged.

Please note that there are large areas of open water and any recreational activities are at the sole risk of the tenant. Children and pets should be supervised at all times.

Pets are not allowed in the pool. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to pets in the pool.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
