Enjoy outdoor living in the screened and paved pool and patio area with a south/southwest exposure. The waterfront views are breathtaking and invite you to savor a glass of wine while overlooking the wide, intersecting canal. Newly furnished with a beach theme, the home features allergy-friendly tile and wood-look flooring throughout and a fully equipped kitchen for your well-deserved vacation. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two spacious open-plan living rooms with sofas and TVs, and a dining and kitchen area. Ample granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances make cooking in the kitchen a pleasure. The dining area features a table that seats eight. The cozy breakfast nook has a bar-height table and four chairs. Enjoy movie nights in the family room with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a large television. There is a second sunlit living area overlooking the water and pool deck. The house also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
