The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two stereos, a radio and two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace and there are seven air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a bath, two hairdryers, four showers and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge, a garage, two tumble dryers, a freezer and two washing machines.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove and an oven.

Detailed information

The holiday home was completely renovated inside and out and completed in January 2017. It is entirely new, except for the walls, and meets new-build standards.

The exclusive interior design and the large pool area meet the highest standards. The entire villa features natural stone flooring. It is situated in a beautifully landscaped cul-de-sac in a very quiet location.

The best feature, however, is the breathtaking view with sunshine from morning till evening. This is a great advantage, especially during the winter months.

You can also rent a boat upon request. We recommend a boat rental company with which we have had excellent experiences for many years. By prior arrangement, the boat will be brought to the dock and moored directly at the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
