In the master bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed (160) with proximity to the pergola on the patio. Two bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet, and sink, and one with a toilet and sink. Please note that the fireplace, washing machine, and built-in microwave are not to be used. Please keep an extra watch on children by the pool to ensure they do not fall in! The house is situated on a hilly natural plot with a large terrace that is high up and offers a glimpse of the lake between the trees. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
