The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture and there are two gardens and two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, three washbasins, three toilets, a shower and two baths.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher.

This modern four-bedroom villa offers a private swimming pool and a spacious outdoor area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The first floor has three bedrooms: two double rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin room, along with an additional shared bathroom. A fourth twin bedroom and a third bathroom are on the ground floor. The villa features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a TV for entertainment. Large glass doors in the living room lead to the pool deck, where a brick barbecue and outdoor dining area provide the ideal setting for summer gatherings.

Located in a prime area of Albufeira, the villa is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. The famous Albufeira Strip, known for its nightlife and dining options, is just a short stroll away. Praia da Oura and Praia de Santa Eulalia beaches can be reached in about fifteen minutes on foot or five minutes by car. The Old Town, with its charming, cobbled streets and lively atmosphere, is an eight-minute drive away. A car is not necessary, but rental options can be arranged upon request.

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, and kettle. The outdoor area is fully enclosed, featuring a pedestrian gate and an automatic gate for secure parking. Check-in is available from sixteen hundred to midnight, and check-out is at ten hundred. A minimum stay applies, with Saturday as the standard changeover day.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
