Just a 6-minute drive from the villa, guests can reach Menaggio, a charming resort town with shops, restaurants, and ferry links to the central lake. The villa also includes extra outdoor parking for two additional cars. Milan Malpensa Airport, approximately 50 kilometers away, is the nearest airport to Marena, San Siro.Please note that the villa is accessible via a private drive that begins from the Rezzonico roadside.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
