Frequently asked questions

Below you will find answers to some frequently asked questions. Is your question not on the list? In that case, please feel free to contact us.

On the page of the holiday home there is an icon of a dog with the number of pets that are allowed. Are no pets allowed or do you want to bring more pets than the maximum allowed? Unfortunately this is not possible. Homeowners make no exceptions, even for small or short-haired dogs.

Tip: On the left side of the search page you can access the pet search filter indicate with how many pets you want to stay. You will then only see holiday homes where the specified number of dogs is welcome.

It is only possible to stay in the holiday home on the days indicated in green in the calendar. It is not possible to request an adjusted period (shorter, longer, 1 night) from the landlord.

Tip: On the left side of the search page you can access the search filter for the arrival date indicate on which day you want to arrive, possibly with a margin of a number of days. After this you can optionally specify a length of stay. You will then only see holiday homes that are available on the desired arrival date.

In the calender on the page of the holiday home, the periods still available are marked in green. On the dates marked in red, the holiday home is unfortunately already occupied. On the grey marked dates the availability is not yet known. It is unknown to us when this availability will be updated.

Although we very frequently update the availability of all vacation homes, it may unfortunately happen that the availability has changed in the meantime, making the property impossible to reserve. In that case, you will see a notification when you click through from a date marked in green. The vacation home is then unfortunately very recently booked and no longer available.

We depend on the landlord to determine the availability and prices of a property. As a result, we may not yet know whether and when the holiday home can be rented out.

Would you like to receive an email when prices and availability are known? Then use the so-called availability alert on the page of the holiday home. You will then receive an email when the availability and associated prices are known to us.

It is possible to publish your holiday home on our website. For more information, please refer to the renting out your holiday home page.

The holiday homes on our platform are only rented out for recreational purposes. It is not possible to rent a holiday home for a period longer than 5 weeks.

It is not possible to stay in the holiday home with more than the indicated number of people

Tip: On the left side of the search page, you can indicate with the search filter for people how many people you want to stay with. Then you will only see holiday homes where the specified number of people is welcome.

If the homeowner uses additional booking conditions, these are usually indicated on the page of the holiday home. Here you can find the minimum age or the policy on groups of young people. There is no deviation from this.

If it doesn't say anything about ages, then a lead booker who is at least 18 years old is usually sufficient.

It is only possible to take an option on holiday homes where this is indicated. On the page of the holiday home, under the button reserve home or next to the button book now there is an orange button to take an option.

Is this button not there? Then the landlord has unfortunately indicated that no option can be taken on the holiday home.
